On Friday evening it was our privilege to join with Breath of Aire for a concert at Calvary Chapel Rosarito. The church had prepared risers on the stage and a grand piano was provided for the performance. The choir members were dressed in gowns and tuxes giving the event a professional appearance. The choir had learned several songs in Spanish (listen to How Great Thou Art in the video below) which pleased the primarily Spanish speaking audience immensely. They were very responsive with their applause and cheering, which caused the choir to become even more enthusiastic with their performance. The evening was a huge success, with Pastor Mike Vincent giving an invitation to receive the Christ whom the choir had been lifting up in praise. There were several who met with Pastor Mike following the service for prayer.

The choir returned to Southern California on Friday evening, and will be performing in Indio and San Diego over the weekend. On Sunday evening 19 members of the choir will be returning to Rosarito and will be building a home with us on Monday. The family we will build for attends Pastor Carlos’ church and lives in Vista Marina.
